The TASO Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a Constitutional requirement as stated in Article 9 of the TASO Constitution (2014). At the meeting TASO presents the Management Report, Client Representatives’ Report, Governance Report, Financial Report, TASO Annual Report and Minutes/Action paper from the previous AGM to the Subscriber members.
