Edgar Natulinda, the Honorary Treasurer on the TASO Board of Trustees, is a seasoned professional contributing strategic financial oversight. Since 2019, he has been a valuable member of the Board, serving as Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and currently heading the Finance Committee. A distinguished member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, Edgar is also a certified Internal Auditor and a pension trustee. With a career spanning thirteen years, Edgar excels as the Manager of Risk & Compliance at the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). His wealth of experience extends to roles at the Uganda Revenue Authority, where he served as an Internal Auditor. Edgar's academic prowess includes a Bachelor of Commerce, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management, and an MBA. He holds several certifications, including CPA (U), Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA), Certified ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Pension Trustee. His extensive expertise in accounting, financial management, corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management positions Edgar as an invaluable asset to TASO's financial governance and strategic decision-making.

A dedicated teacher with 33 years of experience, Twehayo has left an indelible mark on education, having taught in multiple secondary schools. Beyond the classroom, he served as the Secretary of the Uganda Mathematical Society from 1992 to 1994, passionately mobilizing for the promotion of mathematics among youths in Kigezi sub-region schools. Twehayo is not only a seasoned educator but also a resilient individual who became a TASO client in 2004. Recognizing his commitment and advocacy, he was elected as the Male Client Representative on the TASO Board of Trustees in July 2023. His journey from the classroom to the boardroom reflects a profound dedication to both education, and the health and well-being of the community, showcasing a lifelong commitment to making a positive impact.

Ward, East Division, Soroti City, has been an inspiring force as the Female Client Representative on the TASO Board of Trustees since 2021. Living positively with HIV and a dedicated single mother of two, her journey aligns with the transformative care provided by TASO Soroti Center of Excellence through PMTCT. Adite holds a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from United Media Consultants and Trainers (UMCAT), demonstrating her commitment to effective communication. Her dedication extends to inclusivity, evident in her Diploma in Sign Language and Sign Language Interpretation from Kyambogo University, Kampala. With a heart for community service, she has also earned a Certificate in Social Work and Social Administration from Kumi University, Uganda. Adite's resilience, coupled with her diverse qualifications, positions her as a powerful advocate and voice for those living with HIV, emphasizing the importance of care, support, hope, and empowerment in her community.

With over two decades of expertise in financial management and systems design, Moses is a Certified Accountant whose impactful career spans diverse projects funded by major development partners. His roles at Medical Access Uganda Ltd (MAUL), The Global Fund Grants Management Unit, and The AIDS Support Organization (TASO) have been instrumental in overseeing annual budgeting, financial control, and reporting to donors and boards. As a member of TASO’s Board of Trustees, Moses has played a pivotal role in business and corporate strategy development, financial audits coordination, and advising procurement committees. He spearheaded the creation of advanced financial systems, including Warehousing and Distribution Billing Models for PEPFAR/CDC projects and the Supply Chain Information Management System at MAUL. Moses has demonstrated versatile leadership by providing financial oversight to subrecipients, advising on job evaluation exercises, and leading projects such as the SCOT Project, TEACH Project, and KK Project in Kiboga & Kibaale Districts in Uganda. His strategic thinking and financial acumen have been evident in cost exercises for TASO's Orphan and Vulnerable Children Program, aligning seamlessly with national strategic plans. Moses is a key player in advancing financial sustainability and program efficiency within the healthcare sector.

Dr. Etukoit Bernard Michael, TASO's dedicated Executive Director, is a distinguished Public Health Specialist with a remarkable 17-year journey in comprehensive HIV/AIDS programming. His illustrious career at TASO began in 2001 as a Medical Coordinator, progressing through various roles, including ART Coordinator, Deputy Director Programs, and Director Programs. His dynamic leadership saw him serve as the Activity Deputy Executive Director and Grants and Program Design Advisor. In October 2014, he took on the pivotal role of Acting Executive Director, later assuming the position permanently. Dr. Etukoit's expertise lies in strategic planning, program design, and direction in HIV/AIDS programming, with a focus on evidence-based combination HIV prevention.
