DESCRIPTION:TASO Subscriber Membership Philosophy \n  \nThe founding of TASO arose from a shared empathy for people affected by HIV and AIDS at a time of unprecedented stigma\, discrimination\, rejection and hatred directed towards people associated with the disease. It remained a unifying factor in mobilizing other stakeholders to join the response and it is that drive that became the Subscriber Membership Philosophy. \n  \nMembership is open to all regardless of one’s sero status. What is important is having compassion for persons suffering as a result of HIV and AIDS. \nAs a subscriber member\, one commits to uphold the obligation\, rights\, and responsibilities to persons affected by HIV/AIDS\, TB and Malaria and these include among others: \n  \n\nRight of community to access correct information to make informed decisions to prevent transmission\nRights of persons infected and affected by HIV to access quality services\nResponsibility of PLHIV to cultivate positive health\, dignity and prevention.\nThe responsibility of the community to support affected members of their community\n\n  \nSubscribe as a member:  \nTASO offers you the best opportunity to impact on the lives of the world citizens and contribute to an HIV free generation.
