US DHHS meets with ASOS at TASO Offices |

A team from the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) visited TASO on July 27, 2010 where they met with some of the major Ugandan NGOs, educational and research institutions involved in HIV/AIDS work. The visit was aimed at getting a view of the current health services situation in Kampala and the different ways DHHS can engage with the government of Uganda, NGOs and those educational and research institutions. |

Client Narrates Life Changing Experience in TASO |

A fourty-nine-year old TASO client in Soroti district, has narrated how he remarkably regained his health from a CD4 cell count of below 25 to an astonishing 780. Mr Eyaru George reccounts how he has been moved from a situation of no food, no money, no house to a hopeful life where he now has plenty of food and is building his house.
